We are not a government agency, court, or legal institution. We do not offer legal advice, legal representation, or any guarantee of legal effect. Our services are ceremonial and archival in nature.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a legal guardian)

• Submit truthful, accurate information in your filings

• Have lawful rights to the content or documents you submit

We reserve the right to decline or revoke service at our sole discretion, particularly if submissions are fraudulent, misleading, or violate our stated guidelines.

3. Submissions and Content

By submitting a document through Societas Republicae:

• You affirm that you are the lawful creator, custodian, or authorized agent for the document(s)

• You grant Societas Republicae a non-exclusive, limited license to store, reference, and reproduce the document for archival and certification purposes

• You agree that submitted documents cannot be altered after certification, but may be supplemented through an additional filing

You retain ownership of all intellectual property in your document(s). We will not publish or distribute your document(s) without your explicit written consent.

4. Payment and Refunds

All service purchases must be paid in full at checkout. Pricing is listed on the service pages and may vary depending on document length, certified copy options, or shipping type.

Refund Policy:

• Payments are non-refundable once a submission is received and processing has begun

• If you submit an incorrect or ineligible file, you may contact us within 24 hours to request a correction or resubmission (subject to approval)

• If you are overcharged due to system error, we will promptly issue a partial refund or credit

5. Certified Copies

Certified copies are available by mail at additional cost based on page count and shipping method. While Societas Republicae uses archival-grade paper and seals, these documents do not replace government-issued records or guarantee legal recognition by external institutions.

6. Security and Confidentiality

We take data protection seriously. All document uploads, customer details, and payment information are stored using secure third-party systems. Your data will never be sold, shared, or disclosed without your permission, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, seals, content, and documentation provided by Societas Republicae (excluding client submissions) are the intellectual property of the platform and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

• Rejection or non-recognition of certified documents by third parties

• Delays in delivery due to postal service disruptions

• Loss or corruption of files due to user error or unsupported formats

All services are offered as-is and without guarantee of legal enforceability. Clients are responsible for maintaining personal copies of all submitted documents.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the new terms.
